Money-Back Policy

1. Trial Period

We may provide a complimentary or discounted trial period for our service.

If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin, and the corresponding fee (as shown on the payment screen) will be charged to your account.

2. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, or as selected at the time of purchase) unless you cancel it beforehand.

3. Payment

When confirming your purchase, the payment will be processed through the payment method provided at checkout.

By subscribing, you give us permission to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but allows you to use all premium features until the current billing period ends.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If subscribed via App Store:

You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID account settings by turning off auto-renewal. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current trial or subscription period.

If subscribed via Google Play:

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account settings.

To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing cycle ends.

If subscribed via our website:

If you purchased your subscription through our website, you may cancel it at any time before the next renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at info@geniokid.app, or by managing your subscription directly through your account.

To access your account, please visit: https://geniokid.net/login and sign in using the same email and password associated with your app profile.

Once logged in, you can select the “Cancel” option to prevent any future renewals.

All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to premium features will remain available until that period expires.

5. Price Changes

We may update our subscription pricing from time to time as allowed by law.

If fees change, we’ll notify you in advance via in-app notice, email, or another clear communication channel.

If you don’t agree with the new rates, you can cancel your subscription before the updated prices apply.

6. Refund Policy

• App Store users: Refunds must be requested directly from Apple. See Apple’s refund process on their support page.
• Google Play users: Refunds are handled by Google. Instructions are available on the Google support page.

Website Purchases

Purchases made directly through our website are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, the subscription fee for the current billing period is not returnable, and access to premium features remains available until the end of that period.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration — for example, accidental duplicate charges, a billing error, a documented technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, or a serious medical or family emergency — please contact us at info@geniokid.app with your order details and a brief explanation. Each request is reviewed individually, and, where appropriate and at our sole discretion, we may offer a goodwill refund, credit, or other resolution.
