Subscription Terms

1. Trial Period
We may provide a complimentary or discounted trial period for our service.
If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin, and the corresponding fee (as shown on the payment screen) will be charged to your account.
2. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, or as selected at the time of purchase) unless you cancel it beforehand.
3. Payment
When confirming your purchase, the payment will be processed through the payment method provided at checkout.
By subscribing, you give us permission to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
4. Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but allows you to use all premium features until the current billing period ends.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If subscribed via App Store:
You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID account settings by turning off auto-renewal. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current trial or subscription period.

If subscribed via Google Play:
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account settings.
To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing cycle ends.

If subscribed via our website:
You can cancel your subscription or trial anytime before renewal by contacting us at info@geniokid.app, or by signing in to your account at https://geniokid.net/login and using the “Cancel” option. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Price Changes
We may update our subscription pricing from time to time as allowed by law.
If fees change, we’ll notify you in advance via in-app notice, email, or another clear communication channel.
If you don’t agree with the new rates, you can cancel your subscription before the updated prices apply.
6. Refund Policy
- App Store users: Refunds must be requested directly from Apple. See Apple’s refund process on their support page.
- Google Play users: Refunds are handled by Google. Instructions are available on the Google support page.
- Website subscribers: Please review our Terms and Conditions for refund details or reach out to us at info@geniokid.app.
