GenioKid, including its content, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), is developed, operated, and distributed by Learning Tools Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).

• Users are solely responsible for their User Content and interactions with other users.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions may be purchased directly from the Company or via an app store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5.2. Free Trials

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate free trial offers.

5.3. Refund Policy

• Refunds for app store purchases are subject to the app store’s refund policy.

Note for EU Residents

• You have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, unless you have explicitly consented to immediate performance.
